If your loan was included in this transfer, it will no longer appear in Alabama Credit Union's Online or Mobile Banking. Please note that this does not mean your loan has been paid off or closed. We understand that changes to your loan can raise questions, and we want to help make this transition as smooth as possible.

Your tractor loan may have been transferred to a new loan servicer. As part of this transition, affected loans are no longer visible through Alabama Credit Union's Online or Mobile Banking.

No. Your loan has been transferred to a new servicer, and you are still responsible for making payments according to your loan agreement.
