Call 888.817.2002 and choose Option 1 to:

  • Check account balances
  • Transfer between your accounts
  • See what checks have cleared

If you need additional assistance, you can also use Automated Phone Teller to transfer to a Member Care Agent.

Automated Phone Teller is available upon request. To enroll or set up your Personal Identification Number (PIN), visit any Alabama Credit Union branch or contact Member Care at 888.817.2002.
