What You’ll Need to Open a UA Student Organization Account
- UA Student Organizations must be registered and approved with the Source https://mysource.ua.edu/
- Valid ID for each signer and Faculty Advisor
- Sign account documents
What You’ll Need to Open a UAH Student Organization Account
- Meeting Minutes
- State that the organization has authorized opening an account at Alabama Credit Union
- Include the name and title of each authorized signer, including the organization’s Faculty Advisor
- Be signed by a member of the organization who is not an authorized signer
- List all current officers of the organization
- Copy of your organization’s charter or by-laws
- IRS letter verifying your organization’s Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Valid ID for each signer and Faculty Advisor
- Sign account documents
