  1. Meeting Minutes
    • State that the organization has authorized opening an account at Alabama Credit Union
    • Include the name and title of each authorized signer, including the organization’s Faculty Advisor
    • Be signed by a member of the organization who is not an authorized signer
    • List all current officers of the organization
  2. Copy of your organization’s charter or by-laws
  3. IRS letter verifying your organization’s Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  4. Valid ID for each signer and Faculty Advisor 
  5. Be prepared to sign account documents
