Scammers use unlikely, but successful, ploy

We're reading reports of a spreading scam that convinces victims to provide financial account and other private information so that the President Of The United States will pay the victim's bills, presumably under a new Federal aid program. Of course, the scammers use the information to remove funds from the victim's financial accounts and create ID theft. Don't fall for such a ruse. If you're contacted, forward the caller's information to your local police department.
