B. Print these cards:

• Signature cards (savings)
• Signature cards (checking)    

Bring in to Alabama Credit Union office with color copy of U.S. Government-Issued photo identification. If mailing documents to us, please include a completed Identification Notary Affidavit with color copy U.S. Government Issued photo-identification.
